Stewart received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University in 1986 and his Masters in Taxation from Portland State University in 1996. Stewart is a member of the AICPA, OSCPA, and Marion-Polk Building Industry Association (MPBIA). In addition to tax, financial, and estate planning expertise, Stewart has in-depth experience with mergers and acquisitions. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife Mona and their two grown children, as well as staying physically active. He is a life long San Francisco Giants fan.
Dean directs the firm’s attest, business valuation, forensic accounting and litigation support services and provides advanced tax planning and compliance services to clients in various industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF). He testifies regularly as an expert witness with experience in matrimonial litigation, lost profits and other business litigation matters. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Linfield College where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1989. Dean is active in community organizations including Exchange, Toastmasters International, various youth sports organizations and the Salem Basketball Officials Association where he officiates basketball for area high schools. Stephen was born and raised in Salem, Oregon where he graduated from Douglass McKay High School in 1986. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with an emphasis in foreign language from Missouri State University in 1993 and his Masters of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 2006. He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), , a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA). He has served as treasurer on various community service organization boards and chaired their finance committees. He is currently serving as a board member and treasurer for Salem Chamber of Commerce as well as the treasurer for the Salem Basketball Officials Association. He has two daughters, Caitlyn is a student at University of Oregon and Savannah is a student at Notre Dame University.
